Purchases & Refunds

First, make sure that your name and address are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement, or the charge may be rejected. Next, please make sure you have correctly entered the expiration date and CVV code – this is a common cause of transaction failure.

Making Courses

To change your username, contact email, password, first name, or last name, log in and go to the My Account page: Click on the username drop-down menu located in the upper-right hand corner of your account. Choose My Account. Make sure you're in the Account Summary tab. Click the Edit button next to the field you want to update.
Open Mail. Open an email from the sender you want to unsubscribe from. Next to the sender's name, click Unsubscribe or Change preferences.
Log in to your TechieTrainers account. Go to your Profile. Click the Security tab below your name. Click Edit next to "Password." Confirm your current password, enter your new password twice, and click Change Password.
